 Software Design & Development
Our experience here spans back to the early 80’s when DOS was the principal OS and all our applications were primarily developed in Cobol. Over the years we shifted to various platforms amongst which were Dataflex, Foxpro, Advanced Revelation, Clarion and Delphi with MS SQL as the back-end.
Naturally, time waits for no-one, and we have had to continuously invest in resources and tools to ensure that we are able to produce state-of-the-art software packages and solutions. Consequently, today, we are programming in C#, using Visual Studio 2003, .NET framework and MS SQL for our development.
We are currently migrating most of our systems to the new platforms and will continue to add to our portfolio in earnest.

System Administration
Office organization and setting up an efficient IT system today is of utmost importance as it is the base of a modern and functional office. Client support is vital and we always want to make sure that our clients are happy with our products and level of service. We believe that the after-sales support is much more important that the actual sale so we go out of our way to support our client and his business.
We have various types of support contracts to deal with different scenarios. For example, we have clients who purchase software solutions from us and naturally need software maintenance. Apart from providing on-site and internet based support, we also perform periodic software system updates that are distributed free of charge to all our contract clients.
We also have clients who simply do not have an IT department and want peace-of-mind when it comes to their network. Here, we offer a complete IT Support Agreement which means that NewLines Limited will organize, maintain and be responsible for their complete IT System.
Hardware Solutions
Together with our serious local agents who supply branded peripherals, we are able to deliver complete hardware solutions ranging from POS equipment like Cash drawers, Customer Display Units, Barcode Readers, Receipt Printers to proper heavy-duty Server’s and work-stations that are essential for efficient network organizations.
We are also in a position to supply the client with notebooks, printers, UPS units, switches, hubs and other peripherals.
