Brief System Introduction
Product Executive (or ProductX as it’s commonly referred to) is an instrumental marketing tool that all companies should utilize.
In essence, this software package helps your company visualize the sales techniques by means of selling your products and services through a high-profile presentation that one can carry out by simply using mobile devices or standard computer peripherals that can run Product X.
System Mechanics
The system is divided primarily into two sectors, administration and sales.
The creation and maintenance of your core products and services is handled within the admin sector. The back-end end engine is MSSQL 2000 and is the database which houses all your products and/or services. This data is then utilized by the sales sector and a high-end presentation profile is launched by the salesman who displays your wares using pictures and sales indicators allowing also for client orders and transmission of requests to head-office.
Key System Featues:
Comprehensive and simple-to-use front-end GUI
Flexible search engine which allows for complex search criterion and incorporates the ability to search using any available field, meeting any given condition. Furthermore, one can create unlimited nested search patterns giving one the option to seriously narrow the search results. In addition, we have also created a ‘save’ and ‘load’ feature that permits the user to store and use a frequently used search pattern thus reducing the time required to build such a condition. (Refer to following screen-shot).

Sorting and Grouping of data. All our screens (present in all our systems) are not hard-set and dependant on set fields. One has the option of dragging fields according to his/her level of importance and each field can be sorted accordingly (ascending/descending order). The user can also grab any field and drag it onto the grouping panel thus instructing the system to group by that particular field. This will result in the data being presented in group format thus allowing for easy record management. This is illustrated in the next screen-shot :

Export feature. All crucial data records (such as product details, client list, price list etc..) can be exported from our systems and converted into all major accepted formats such as excel, html, xml, text format
Management Features:
Product Management.
Since the key issue here is ‘marketing’, Product X allows one to create and maintain full product records that are geared towards the selling aspect and the easy order capture. The user is able to custom define his products layout and organize them in a way that he/she sees fit. The system also has embedded controls that determine which data is parsed and finally displayed on the sales-end of the application.
This way the user has control over which product or group of products should be displayed to which client or group of potential clients.
Client Management.
Full client details can be created and maintained through this module. In addition, the system caters for labels creation and printing as well as the organization of mailing lists that are derived from ‘end-user tailored –made’ client lists.
Salesman.
Each salesman can host a number of specific clients (as determined by administration) who in turn are linked to the pre-defined list of products that are ear-marked for sale. Once logged-into the system, the salesman is presented with a product portfolio which is organized in a manner that administration wishes to present the merchandise. Once the particular group of products is selected, the salesman has a high-end colorful display tool at his disposition to demonstrate the full array of products

Ordering:
Once the salesman is showing the client his list of products (armed with a mobile device such as a laptop, tablet etc.. with GPRS connection), he can simply add to his cart by taking order quantities from the client (wholesale and retail prices are also demonstrated) and once ready, he can progress to his order screen and check his order.
Once the salesman is content with his sales order, he is ready to transmit the data to head-office via any available network connection. (E.g. GPRS)
