nlWires is the front-end application that is linked to the back-end engine (which is your accounting system). As long as your system allows export and import of data through standard formats (such as CSV), then all the information that nlWires requires is Client details, Product / Services details, and prices (wholesale / retail / special) to function on its own.
nlWires then process’s all these data files and enables the operator to select the client, product or service and if so desired place orders followed by the transmission of orders to head-office. Alternatively, he can issue an invoice or cash sale and produce a receipt. Once finalised, all invoices / cash sales are up-loaded at head-office.

The front-end GUI is very simple to use and has been designed in a way that allows minimum clicks and taps to get the job done. Menu lists, keyboard pop-ups, a flexible search engine and other features are built-in our system thus providing the operator with a truly efficient mobile system.

     Security
All users of the system pass through a login sequence that authenticates the user validity. Furthermore, each user is defined with access privileges that determine area’s of the system that he can utilize.
With regards to data that is kept and processed, the level of security is very high since we use secure data encryption. This way, even if the mobile device is mis-placed or stolen, the data will be useless since a key would be required to unlock the information.

     Mobility
nlWires was designed with one crucial goal in mind, i.e. full mobility. So, once the data has been passed from the back-end, nlWires will be fully-functional and running in off-line mode. Consequently, to sell your goods, all your salesman requires is the mobile device and nlWires.

     Data Transmission
Once the orders have been prepared, the operator can transmit to HO say via GPRS. nlWires uses SMTP protocol to deliver this transmission.
If the network is unavailable, the operator has the option of transferring his data via his smart-cards once he returns to the office.
